Travel Time Survey

We want your input!!

Are you an Atlanta-area commuter?
If so, please answer the following questions

Travel times are a part of the Traveler Information System portion of Georgia's NaviGAtor system. Travel times are distributed to the general public in two basic ways: Changeable Message Signs on the highways, and via the NaviGAtor website: www.georgia-navigator.com.

Travel times are made possible by the network of speed detectors along the highways. Currently, speed detectors exist every 1/3 mile on I-75 (between Windy Hill Rd and I-285 on the southside) and I-85 (between Jimmy Carter Blvd and Camp Creek Pkwy).

Average speeds are determined from the incoming speed data and used to calculate estimated travel times. This information is provided to travelers to help them determine current conditions and make choices concerning their mode and route of travel. Your input concerning travel times is desired to help improve this system.
